  • By Car

    We are located just outside Wells city centre, next to the police station.

    From the city centre

    Head southwest on the High Street.

    At the end of the road, turn left onto Broad Street. Continue onto Priory Road, then take a slight left to stay on Priory Road. At the Strawberry Way roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Glastonbury Road/A39.

    Take the 1st right to enter Priory Health Park.

  • By Bus

    The nearest bus stop is outside the Priory Health Park approximately 0.1 miles from the centre.

    This stop is served by bus numbers:
    376 (Bristol – Glastonbury & Street)
    X75/375 (Bridgwater)
    377 (Yeovil)

    Bus numbers 37 and 376 run from Wells bus station. The nearest stop for these buses is the Cow and Gate Factory (SW bound) on Glastonbury Road.

    To get to the centre, enter the Priory Health Park and head around to the right.

    Turn left when you see Boots Pharmacy.

    When you get to the mini roundabout, the centre is immediately to your left.

Consultation centre opens: 9.00am 

When you arrive

Remember to bring two forms of ID and your appointment letter with you.

The centre is located in the grounds of the Priory Health Park. To enter the building, ring the bell outside the entrance door.

On entry, please let the receptionist know that you have arrived for your PIP consultation.

Other helpful info

The centre has step-free access. There is an accessible toilet available. In order to access the building, there are both steps and a ramp. If you should need any help accessing the centre, please contact customer services prior to the appointment and we will be happy to advise you. 

Parking

Parking is available in the main Priory Health Park car park, behind the centre. Parking is free for 90 minutes. However, if you require longer in the car park due to your individual circumstances, please notify reception upon your arrival and they will be happy to provide you with an IAS permit for your car.

Disabled parking and a drop-off point are located outside the main entrance.
