• By car

  From Bodmin

  Exit the A30 at Highgate Hill Junction roundabout and take the 3rd exit onto the A39 (signposted for Newquay).

  When you reach Halloon roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto
  the A392. Continue on this road, passing through Mount Hoy and Quintrell Downs, until you reach the Mellanvrane roundabout (this is clearly signposted).

  Take the 2nd exit and proceed along Trevemper Road, past the boating lake on your left. Go straight across the double mini-roundabout and continue under the viaduct arches.

  Take the 1st turning on the right and the car park is immediately on your left.

• By bus

  The nearest bus stop is Newquay Zoo on Edgcumbe Avenue, a short distance from the centre.

  This stop is served by bus numbers 57, 85 and 87.

  To get to the centre head southwest on Edgcumbe Avenue.

  The centre is on the right.

• By train

  Newquay station is approximately 0.4 miles from the centre.

  To connect to the centre exit the station and turn left. At the end of the road turn right into Cliff Road. Go along a short distance to the bus stop outside the Great Western Hotel.

  Take either the 85 or 87 bus.

  The nearest bus stop is Newquay Zoo on Edgcumbe Avenue, a short distance from the centre.

Useful Information

Consultation centre opens: 8.30am

When you arrive

Remember to bring two forms of ID and your appointment letter with you. The centre is located inside Heron Tennis Centre. To enter, use the door at the main entrance. Please let the receptionist know that you have arrived for your Ascenti consultation.

Other helpful info

To access the site, please use the Tennis Club reception which is directly inside the main entrance. We are located on the first floor and do not have ground floor consultation rooms, however there is a lift and stairs. If you are unable to use a lift or stairs, please contact our customer services team and they can find a different location. 

The number can be found on your appointment letter. 

There is an accessible located on the ground floor.

Parking

Parking is available outside the centre. This is free between November and March and pay and display during the spring/summer months.

Disabled parking is also available here.

A drop-off point is located outside the main entrance.
