• By Car

  From Croydon High Street 

  Turn onto Scarbrook Road opposite Sainsbury’s Local. At the crossroads, turn right onto Charles Street. At the T-junction, turn right to join Church Road. The centre will be on the right.

• By Bus

  The nearest bus stop is on Drummond Street, approximately 160 metres from the centre. This stop is served by bus numbers 157, 407, 410 and 455. 

  Head south and take the 2nd left into Church Road. The centre will be on the right. 

• By Rail

  West Croydon station is approximately 0.4 miles from the centre. 

  To connect to the centre, take the bus number 157, 407, 410 or 455 from the station.

  Head south and take 2nd left into Church Road and the centre will be on the right.

  East Croydon station is approximately 0.6 miles from the centre. 

  To connect to the centre, take the tram from outside the station and alight at the Church Street tram stop, approximately 0.15 miles from the centre.
  
  Exit the tram and head along towards Old Palace Road. Once in Old Palace Road, take the 1st right onto Church Road and the centre is along on the right.

  Church Street tram stop is approximately 0.15 miles from the centre. Exit the platform to the right and head along Old Palace Road.

Useful Information

Consultation Centre opens: 8.30am.

When you arrive 

Remember to bring two forms of ID and your appointment letter with you. 

To enter, push the door or select PFAS on the intercom. 

On entry, please let the receptionist know that you have arrived for your consultation. 

Other helpful info 

This centre has step-free access. 

Consultation rooms are on the ground, 1st and 2nd floors. We do not have a lift – please inform IAS on receipt of your letter should you not be able to climb stairs and require the ground floor room for your consultation.

Parking 

Limited pay and display parking is available outside the centre entrance. Additional parking is available at the Centrale Car Park on Tamworth Road, approximately 0.2 miles away.

Though there are yellow lines on the road outside the centre, this area can be used as disabled parking or a drop-off point.
