DWP Information Videos

The DWP has six short videos to help give people an overview of the process of claiming Personal Independence Payment (PIP).

These videos provide information to help explain the key stages in the PIP customer journey.

  An overview of what to expect if you are asked to attend an assessment with an independent, qualified health professional.

  This film focuses on when a claimant has received a PIP decision letter. It also outlines the importance of reporting any changes in circumstances so that DWP can ensure the level of benefit is still right.
  
• PIP: Face to Face Assessment Changes
  This video provides information about changes made to Personal Independence Payment face-to-face assessments. This is helpful for people who want to claim, or who are already claiming PIP.
