• By car

  We are located in the town centre, near the Market Hall.

  From the Sands Centre roundabout

  At the roundabout, take the Castle Way/A595 exit and continue towards the Town Centre. Keep left to merge onto West Tower Street. The centre is on the right.

• By bus

  The nearest bus stop is West Tower Street, approximately 0.1 miles from the centre.

  This stop is served by routes 60, 60a, 61, 61a, 67, 68, 93, 300, 301, 400, 554 and 600.

• By train

  Carlisle station is approximately 0.5 miles from the centre.

  To connect from the station, exit the station and turn left. At the traffic lights turn left and, at bus stop The Courts (Stand B) take bus number 67 or 68. Alight at West Tower Street, approximately 0.1 miles from the centre.

When you arrive

Remember to bring two forms of ID and your appointment letter with you.

Please let the receptionist know that you have arrived for your PIP consultation.

There is an accessible toilet.

Parking

There is no parking available at the centre. Peter Street car park is opposite the centre (use satnav postcode CA3 8UY) and can be entered via Peter Street. It does not have disabled parking.

Parking (including disabled parking) is also available in the Lanes Shopping Centre  (use satnav postcode CA3 8NX).

There is a drop-off point outside the Frame Centre, next door to the centre.
