  • By car

    We are located in Harrow & Wealdstone.

    From Northwick Park roundabout

    Take the Wealdstone/A409 exit off the roundabout onto Sheepcote Road. Continue onto Station Road.

    Turn left opposite Harrow Central Mosque onto Milton Road and follow the road around the Civic Centre. Turn right into Marlborough Hill – the centre is on your right just after the bridge.

  • By bus

    The nearest bus stops are outside Harrow Civic Centre. Both stops are served by routes 140, 182, 186, 258 and 340. Stop K (buses to/from Harrow & Wealdstone) Stop L (buses to/from Harrow on the Hill).

  • By train

    Harrow & Wealdstone station is approximately 0.2 miles from the centre.

    Please note that there are two station exits. To get to Marlborough Hill from the front exit, turn right, go up the hill, then turn right onto The Bridge. Take 1st left onto Marlborough Hill. The centre is on your left.

    From the rear exit, (Bakerloo Line trains only) turn left onto Marlborough Hill and cross over the road. Go under the flyover and the centre is on your right.

Consultation centre opens: 9.00am

When you arrive

Please note that the centre is not inside the Health Aid building. Remember to bring two forms of ID and your appointment letter with you.

The centre is located on the ground floor of Sarsen House apartment complex. On arrival, press the intercom button next to the entrance and wait for the door to open. On entry, please let the receptionist know that you have arrived for your PIP consultation.

This centre has step-free access.

An accessible toilet is located off the waiting area.

Parking

Public parking is available outside Harrow Civic Centre. Disabled parking and a drop-off point are available directly outside the centre.
