    From the M1, exit at junction 37. At the roundabout take the exit onto A628 Dodworth Road and continue along for approximately 1 mile.

    At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Shambles Street.

    At the traffic lights bear left onto St Marys Place, before taking the 1st right onto Sadler Gate.

    Turn right onto Church Street and then take the 1st left onto Regent Street. Continue on and you will see Regent House on your right hand side.

  • By Bus

    The nearest bus stop is County Way on Regent Street, a short distance from the centre. Alternatively, Barnsley Interchange is approximately 0.1 miles from the centre. 

    County Way bus stop is served by bus numbers 20, 21, 21a, 22, 23a, 24, 24a, 34, 43, 44, 93, 93a, 94, 94a, 94b, 95, 95a, 96, 96a, 97 and 353.

    To get to the centre from County Way, cross the street and turn right, before turning next left down Hanson Street. Regent House will be on your right hand side. 

    To get to the centre from Barnsley Interchange, leave from the Eldon Street exit, cross the road and go straight up Regent Street South. Regent House will be directly in front of you at the top of the street.

    Barnsley Interchange is approximately 0.1 miles from the centre.

    To connect from the station, leave from the Eldon Street exit, cross the road and go straight up Regent Street South.

    Regent House will be directly in front of you at the top of the street.

Consultation Centre opens: 9.00am.

When you arrive 

Remember to bring two forms of ID and your appointment letter with you. 

The centre is located inside Regent House. To enter, use the main entrance on Hanson Street. Please let the receptionist know that you have arrived for your PIP consultation. 

Other helpful info 

This centre has step-free access. The reception area and an accessible toilet are located on the ground floor. 

Parking 

Pay and display parking is available on Regent Street. Further parking can be found outside the Court House pub, a short distance away. Disabled parking and a drop-off point are available on Hanson Street, directly outside the centre.
