From Bridge Road, Head west on Bridge Road/B375 towards Abbey Meadows. Turn right onto London Street/B375. The centre is on your right.
From the South
From Heriot Road, head east on Heriot Road/B375 towards Beomonds Row. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit on to London Street/B375. The centre is on your left.
From the West
Head southeast, on Staines Lane towards Herrings Lane.
Continue to follow B375. Go through a roundabout. The centre is on the left.

The nearest bus stop is on Heriot Road, adjacent to Sainsbury’s, a short distance from the centre. Bus 446 goes from here to Heathrow Airport Terminal 5. Bus 446/456 goes from here to Staines bus station. Bus 557 goes from here via St Peters Hospital to Addlestone. Bus 593 goes from here to Staines.
- Head north from the bus stop heading towards the mini roundabout. Turn right and the entrance to the centre will be on the left
Chertsey station is approximately 0.5 miles from the centre.
To connect to the centre from here, exit the station onto Guildford road and take bus 456 (Stop D). Travel two stops and alight at Heriot Road.
Go towards the roundabout and turn right. Cross the road at the island. The centre will be on your left.

When you arrive
Please remember to bring two forms of ID and your appointment letter with you. To enter, press the intercom buzzer next to the main entrance. Please let the receptionist know that you have arrived for your PIP Consultation.
When asked to do so, pull the door towards you and proceed straight into the centre which is located on the ground floor.
Other helpful info
The centre is at Number 15, a modern building set back from London Street on a road next to a white walled building and practically opposite a dentist called The Courtyard Clinic.
The centre has step-free access.
An accessible toilet is available.
There is a car park on site to the left of the building and free parking on the main road, which is close to the main entrance. There is a drop-off point outside the building.
Additionally, there is also a short stay car park on Heriot Road.
