• By car

  From the Medway Tunnel

  Travel through the Medway Tunnel towards St Marys Island.

  At the traffic lights, turn left then at the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Dock Head Road.

  Take the 2nd ramp on the right to enter the underground car park for The Quays at Pier 5.

• By bus

  The nearest bus stop is at the Dockside Outlet Terminus, approximately 0.1 miles away. This stop is served by bus routes 1 (Dockside Chatham – Gravesend) and 2 (Dockside Chatham – Grain).

• By train

  Chatham station is approximately 2 miles from the centre. To connect from the station, take bus number 190 or 191 to Dockside Outlet Centre (where the bus terminates).

  From here, the centre is approximately 0.1 miles away.

Useful Information

Consultation centre opens: 9.00am

When you arrive

Remember to bring two forms of ID and your appointment letter with you.

The centre is located at the end of Pier 5. To enter, press the green buzzer on the door entry system. On entry, please let the receptionist know that you have arrived for your PIP consultation.

Other helpful info

The centre can be found around the right hand side of Starbucks coffee shop, along the Pier.

This centre has step-free access.

There is an accessible toilet on the ground floor next to reception.

Parking

Pay and display parking can be found in the underground car park marked ‘Parking for Pier 5 Visitors’. This is located directly underneath the second tower block visible and also includes disabled parking.

A drop-off point is located directly outside the centre.
