• By Car

  From the North

  From Abbey Road (A590), continue to the 4th set of traffic lights and turn left onto Rawlinson Street. Tesco Express is located on the left. Take the 1st right onto Buccleuch Street.

  Take the 4th right onto Dalton Road. The centre is located in the pedestrian zone on your right.

  From the South

  From the bypass continue on Walney Road through the traffic lights until you reach the Hollywood Park roundabout. Take the 1st left onto Hindpool Road and continue to Corner House roundabout.

  Take 1st left onto Abbey Road. At the roundabout and take the 2nd exit. Continue on Abbey Road to the 3rd set of traffic lights. Turn right onto Rawlinson Street, then take the 1st right onto Buccleuch Street. Take the 4th right onto Dalton Road.

  The centre is located in the pedestrian zone on your right.

• By Bus

  Bus numbers 6, X6, 1 and 3  stop at the closest bus stops on Abbey Road (Coronation Gardens) approximately 0.1 mile  from the centre.

  From the bus stop go southwest on Abbey Road towards Hartington Street. Turn left onto Dalton Road. The centre will be on your left.

• By Rail

  Barrow-in-Furness station is approximately 0.3 miles away from the centre.

  Exit the station and head south towards Rawlinson Street. Turn left onto Holker Street. Turn right onto Abbey Road, then left onto Dalton Road. The centre will be on your left.

Consultation Centre opens: 9.00am

When you arrive

Please remember to bring two forms of ID and your appointment letter with you.

Please press the intercom button, situated on the outside of the building, located to your left.

Other helpful info

The centre is located on the next block down from Marks and Spencer, directly opposite the Town House Hotel and Public House.

All consultation rooms are located on the ground floor.

There is an accessible toilet available.

Parking

There are three pay and display car parks a short distance from the centre in Fell Street, Emlyn Street and Whittaker Street.

There is a drop off point outside the centre with four disabled parking bays.
