By car
From Edinburgh Bypass
Take the A701 exit towards City Centre A703. At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto Burdiehouse Road (A701).
Follow A701 Edinburgh South. Take a slight left onto Mayfield Road. Continue straight onto Ratcliffe Terrace and then onto Causewayside. Continue onto Summerhall Place (A700), straight onto Hope Park Crescent.
Continue onto Buccleugh Street and then Chapel Street. Continue onto Potterrow and then take a slight left onto Lothian Street. Continue onto Teviot Place and then Lauriston Place.
Turn right onto Lady Lawson Street and the centre is on your right.
From Forth Road Bridge
Follow the A90 and take the M8 ramp. Continue onto the A90. Take a slight right onto Hillhouse Road and then slight right onto Queensferry Road (A90).
At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Queensferry Terrace. Continue onto Belford Road and then bear right onto Douglas Gardens. Continue onto Palmerston Place and then onto Torphichen Street (B700) and take a slight left onto Morrison Street.
Continue onto Bread Street and then turn left onto Spittal Street. Turn right onto Lady Lawson Street and the centre is on your left.

By bus
The nearest bus stop is Lothian Road (stop XF), by Usher Hall. This stop is served by bus numbers 1, 10, 11, 16, 24, 34, 36 and 47.
To get to the centre, go to the right of the Usher Hall and go along Grindlay Street.
At the end of the street, turn left onto Spittal Street. Take the 1st right into Lady Lawson Street. The centre is at the end of the street on your left.

By train
From Waverly station take the Waverly steps/escalators up onto Princes Street and catch the 1, 10, 11 or 16 from a stop on the same side of Princes Street going towards the West End. Get off the bus at the Usher Hall. Head down Grindley Street by the side of the Usher Hall and at the end turn left into Spittal Street. Go down Spittal Street and take the first right into Lady Lawson Street. Head up Lady Lawson Street to the lights and the entrance to the centre is on your left.

When you arrive
Remember to bring two forms of ID and your appointment letter with you.
On arrival, please report to reception. You will then be directed to the PIP entrance.
Other helpful info
This centre has step-free access.
The centre is part of a large stone building at the junction of Lady Lawson Street and the West Port. The entrance is directly across the junction from Sainsbury’s.
Parking
Parking is available at Castle Terrace Car Park (see map) and on the streets around the centre.
There is a drop-off point outside the main entrance.
