From the South
Travel to Berwick-Upon-Tweed and cross the river along the A1167 (Royal Tweed Bridge). In the centre of town turn left along Marygate and follow signs for the car parks. Parking is usually free, but you will need a time disk (£1 from machines, or free from selected retailers in town).
From the North
Travel to Berwick-Upon-Tweed past the railway station and down Castlegate. As you approach the town walls, follow signs for the car parks. Parking is usually free, but you will need a time disk (£1 from machines, or free from selected retailers in town).

The nearest bus stop is on Golden Square, a short distance from the lane towards the centre. The lane is next to the roundabout on Marygate.
Buses that go to Golden Square are the B3 and B6 services as well as numbers 67, 241 and 267 .
Berwick-Upon-Tweed station is approximately 0.4 miles from the centre. The B2 bus runs a half hour service from the station to Golden Square. From here, go back towards the roundabout and turn right onto Marygate.
The lane to the centre is next to the Berwick Advertiser Building.

When you arrive
Please remember to bring two forms of ID and your appointment letter with you. Let the receptionist know you are here for your PIP consultation.
A member of staff will then guide you to your consultation.
Other helpful info
Our consultation room is on the 2nd floor, however a lift is available.
If you are unable to use a lift or stairs, please contact our customer services team and they can find a different location. The number can be found on your appointment letter.
An accessible toilet is available on both the second floor, and on the ground floor at reception.
A public car park is available in Chapel Street, at the rear of the building.
Disabled spaces are available right behind the building (enter from Chapel Street). You will need to press the button at the barrier as you enter.
