From the A19
Take the exit signposted A689.
Follow signs for Wolviston/Seal Sands/A689. Continue on the A689 towards Hartlepool. Turn right at the set of traffic lights into Queens Meadow Business Park (sign is on the right hand side of the road). Follow the road to the roundabout, and turn right. Turn right into the Innovation Centre and Hub One is situated on the right hand side of the car park.
Take the A689 west towards the A19. 3 miles down the road, at the set of traffic lights turn left into the queens Meadow Business Park (sign will be on your left hand side). Follow the road to the roundabout, and turn right. Turn right into the Innovation Centre and Hub One is situated on the right hand side of the car park.

Nearest bus stop is Queens Meadow (0.4 miles from the centre).
Bus 36 which runs between Middlesbrough and Hartlepool town centres stops here. Enter the Queens Meadow Business Park and follow the footpath. Turn right at the roundabout and continue straight. The Innovation Centre will be on your right.
Closest train station is Seaton Carew (1.9 miles from centre).
There is no direct connection to the centre, however it is possible to connect using two buses.
Taxi would be recommended.
When you arrive
Consultation centre opens 8:30am Monday to Friday
Hub One is the building on the right hand side. You will need to use the intercom outside of the entrance to Hub One to request entry. You will be buzzed through by the Centre’s receptionist. If you require assistance, please request this from the receptionist. You will then be directed to the Ascenti assessment suite where there is a separate waiting area.
Other helpful info
The consultation rooms are located on the ground floor. Access to the building is step free. Toilets, including disabled facilities, are located on the ground floor. Refreshments can be purchased from vending machines at reception, otherwise there is a water cooler within the assessment suite.
Free, private car park with disabled bays directly outside of the centre.
