  We are located approximately 4 miles from Stockton-on-Tees town centre.

  From the A66

  Exit the dual carriageway towards Stockton (West)/Yarm/A135. Take the Stockton/A135 exit at the roundabout to join Yarm Road/A1027.

  Take the 1st right, follow the signs for Innovation Court.

  Follow this road for approximately 200 metres and Innovation Court is on your right – look for Centaurus Private Healthcare sign.

• By bus

  The nearest bus stop is the Hertel stop on Yarm Road, a short distance from the centre. This stop is served by bus numbers 7, 7A and 830.

  Eaglescliff station is approximately 1.6 miles from the centre.

  To connect from the station, exit onto Station Road. At the end of the road turn right into Yarm Road.

  At the bus stop a short distance along this road, take the 7 or 7A bus.

  The nearest bus stop is the Hertel stop on Yarm Road, a short distance from the centre.

When you arrive

Remember to bring two forms of ID and your appointment letter with you.

On entry, please let the receptionist know that you have arrived for your PIP consultation with Ascenti.
