PIP Consultation Centre, inside the Icon Building, Ilford

• By Car

  Travelling from the North Circular Road, exit at the Ilford junction (A118) and use the right 2 lanes to turn right onto Ilford Hill. Go along Ilford Hill towards Ilford. 

  The Icon Building will be on your left hand side.

• By Bus

  The nearest bus stop is Ilford Hill and is a short distance from the centre. This stop is served by bus numbers 25, 86, 147, 169, W19, EL1 and EL2. 

  From the bus stop go along Ilford Hill towards Prior Road and you will see the Icon Building on the right before the BT building. 

• By Rail

  Ilford station is approximately 0.15 miles from the centre. 

  To connect from the station, go right on Cranbrook Road and then turn right onto Ilford Hill. The Icon Building will be on your right hand side.

Useful Information

Consultation Centre opens: 8:00am.

When you arrive 

Remember to bring two forms of ID and your appointment letter with you. 

The centre is located on the right hand side of the Icon Building. Signs at the front of the building will guide you to the entrance. 

Please let our receptionist know that you have arrived for your PIP consultation. 

Other helpful info 

This centre has step-free access. An accessible toilet is located to the right of reception. 

Parking 

Pay and display parking is available on Ilford Hill. Further parking is available in the town centre and a drop-off point is located outside the centre. Single yellow lines are found to the rear of the building (access via Mill Rd) and Blue Badge Holders can utilise for parking.
