    From the A1 

    Exit at A692 Consett junction. Turn onto B1426 Lobley Hill Road, following signs towards Retail World.

    At the roundabout take the 4th exit onto Kingsway North. Drive to the next roundabout and take the 1st exit onto Eastern Avenue (signposted Low Fell).

    Take the 1st right into the car park at the back of Kingsway House.

  • By Bus

    The nearest bus stop is Team Valley Centre directly outside Kingsway House. This stop is served by bus numbers 90, 91, 92, 94, 94a, 933, 937, 939, 939A, 941, GC1, X22 and X23.

    Look for the red brick building with the Kingsway house signage. Go to the other side of the building and into the car park. You will find unit 29-30 in the top right hand corner of the car park.

  • By Rail

    Gateshead Interchange Metro station is approximately 2.5 miles from the centre.

    To connect from the station, go to Stand B at the adjacent bus station and take the number 94 bus.

    Get off the bus on Kingsway South, directly outside the centre. 

    To get to the centre, look for the red brick building with the Kingsway House signage.

    Go around the other side of this building and into the car park. You will find Units 29-30 in the top right hand corner of the car park.

Consultation Centre opens: 8.30am.

When you arrive 

Remember to bring two forms of ID and your appointment letter with you. 

The centre is located inside Kingsway House. Enter via Unit 29, turn left and go straight along the corridor into the reception area. If the main door to Unit 29 is locked, ring the bell and reception staff will let you in.

This centre has step-free access. There is an accessible toilet available. 

Parking 

There is a free private car park directly outside the centre. There are no dedicated disabled parking bays in this car park, but there are always plenty of available spaces. A drop-off point is located outside the main entrance.
